The Lake Business Center is one of the most unique properties in the Northwest Indiana/Chicagoland Area. Originally constructed as a fully-integrated manufacturing, distribution and office facility for a single-user, Phil is part of the Development Team/Owners who have redeveloped the 62 Acre LBC into a Class A Business Park featuring 100,000 SF of single-story office space and over 900,000 SF over industrial space with 2 Hilton Hotels and several restaurants. 

The MC Enterprise Center

The MC Enterprise Center consists of a 450,000 SF multi-tenant commercial and industrial building with tenants including   

FedEx Corporation, Dekker 

Vacuum, McKinley Holdings and MC Paper Box and a 50,000 SF Office Building. The MCEC is located on over 30 acres and  is located: 

2.5 Miles to Interstate-94; ½ Mile to U.S. 20; and 7.5 Miles to Interstate-80.

SB Mundelein Station

Downtown Mundelein


  

  

  

Phil is working with Springbank Capital Advisors on a multi-family residential project in Mundelein, Illinois. This transit-orientated development is located in Mundelein’s downtown and the TOD will consist of 2 Apartment Buildings with a total of 119 Apartments and 82 Townhomes. Phil’s role includes working with Springbank to coordinate a land swap with the Village, negotiate a TIF Agreement and requisite governmental approvals, determine the economics of the deal’s components, and work with the team of professionals to create and implement the overall Project for the Development Project. 

The Vib Hotel

Euclid Avenue & Rohling Road, Arlington Heights, Illinois


  

Phil is working with General Hotels Corporation and a private investor group in the development of a 116-Room Vib Hotel in Arlington Heights, Illinois. The Vib Hotel will be located within “Arlington Downs”, a 24.95 acre transit-orientated development. Arlington Downs is currently anchored by ONE Arlington, a 216-Unit Class A luxury rental apartment building which is 96% occupied. Arlington Downs will also feature ADR II, an apartment development with approximately 263 luxury apartment units, as well as restaurants and other commercial uses.

 Our Company is leading the redevelopment of this massive property, located on approximately 200 acres and consisting of over 20 buildings, including the 90,000 SF Club House/Grandstand Building. The Redevelopment Plan features multiple uses, including sports facilities - both indoor & outdoor, as well as a hotel, a water park, restaurants and a Senior Living Campus. Balmoral Woods Golf Course, which is rated one of the best Public Golf facilities in Chicagoland, is also part of this Project.
